Microcontroller based, programmable, triggered timing module with re-triggerable, opto-isolated trigger input. These appear to have been originally made about 2017 but I'm not sure whether“XY-J02” is the original part number and who the original designer/manufacturer is (please email me if you know !). There are PDF datasheet/manuals with an Arduino logo, apparently created in October 2019 by Maysaa Kibrit, but I can't find reference to the board on official Arduino sites (and so is the design public domain?). There is also an earlier PDF by Заїка in Russian from March 2017. There appear to now be many generic versions on the market.
